      This is for Dr. ***** *****: Primary health has a motto at the bottom of the page stating "primary health medical group complies with the federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national orgin, age and DISABILITY or ***." I personal feel discriminated against by Dr. ****** I WAS IN HER OFFICE in may AND SHE SAID, "ewe, you take lithium and have a 200 page report" and then she dropped me as a patient. I was born with this disability. Just like that. So I left a review about my reality with this *** *** she got FURIOUS because i exposed her bed side manner. (I ALSO HAD AN APPOUNTNENT PLANNED AHEAD OF TIME AND MISSED WORK TO GET EMERGENCY HELP FROM HER. I have a broken spine, all I needed was a referral from HER to have 911 spinal surgery with my orthopedic neurosurgeon/spinal *** *** devastated and *** so much pain. I left a bad review on ******** in May due to her discrimination. I was praying she would accept me back as a patient and hoped dr ***** would grow from treating me poorly due to my medical condition. she saw the ** i take and judged me. She filled my life saving ** for 1 more month due to my reaction that she first was not going to fill my **. Of that happens, I have seizures. She didn't believe me. Then she said you have to find a new *** i left crying, in chronic pain, couldn't return to work, Hopeless and very upset. She caused me to have a panic attack and not wanting to live. "Do no harm" that's a pretty harmful action, Dr. ****** Shame on you. This same day I found a new dr *** was happy to accept me AT THE PRIMARY HEALTH MEDICAL CENTER. *****. Please read this and be a leader to the crooked doctors- teach them how to grow) people depend on you. That's why you're a DR. **** my neurosurgeon was LIVID that *** ***** refused me and I EVEN told him it's probably due to the review I left in May. He said it's not acceptable from her as a DR.Tonight, *** laying in the floor in chronic pain passing to get help.

      The Provider incorrectly billed ********* when I had employee group insurance. The insurance denied the claim, and the provider billed me. I paid the ****** bill, resubmitted to the insurance company and they paid Primary Health on November 3 2023. Primary Health is trying to tell me that it takes 3 months for a check to sometimes arrive in the mail. I don't believe that, and it's because of their error I had to pay and I should be reimbursed. I paid them over 2 months ago.
