Our marketing is 100% legal. If this customer would like to never receive marketing from us again all he needed to do was click on the unsubscribe link and put in his website domain (not email address) and we will be happy to remove him immediately. Otherwise, we have no way of knowing who this person even is. Our unsubscribe process is simple and only takes about 5 seconds to complete. Not sure what the problem is.Initial Complaint

'Business' uses online contact forms to spam organizations. I am on the executive board of a NON-PROFIT, not a business. There is absolutely no reason for this 'business' to be contacting me. It seems that this is similar to other complaints about the same 'business'. As they say in their multiple snarky responses, they clearly indicate that it is advertising and there is a link to unsubscribe. Why should I have to unsubscribe from this c*** I never asked for in the first place? Why are you sending irrelevant spammy messages to non-profits? Why does the email address used to fill the form not have the same domain as your 'business'? This reeks of predatory practices. Our marketing is legal and clearly marked as advertisement. We offer a one click unsubscribe that will stop any further attempts to contact them in any way. Additionally, you should note that we provide funding to non-profits all over *****************. I am rejecting this response because:They know full well that what they are doing is wrong, and have responded the same way to multiple complaints. Let's distinguish 'legal' from 'right' OK - nobody wants their inboxes filled with spam. I agree there is an unsubscribe link and it is clearly marked as advertising, as stated in my original complaint. The fact is, I didn't subscribe to this content in the first place, and should not be receiving it. This is poor marketing practices, our organization would not even remotely benefit from these services, and this is just blatant, untargeted spam. I think the repeated snarky responses to the multitude of complaints also speaks volumes. If this were all above level, people wouldn't be complaining about it, right? And I'll use whatever vulgar language I **** well please, because I think you are scum. Don't do business with this company.

These criminals keep violating the CAN-SPAM Act by spamming our business web site 2 to 6 times per day. They are spamming the forms on our web site so there is no unsubscribe option, however, we have contacted them directly on many occasions.They do not answer their phone or respond to email. If you look at the customers complaint they submitted a copy of the advertisement they received from us. It clearly states this is an advertisement and provides a one click unsubscribe link. Additionally, any claims to our company marketing to them multiple times per day is simply not true. We marketing program doesn't allow or have those possibilities. I am rejecting this response because:1, Advertising can only be done on space they have contracted for, our web site forms do not constitute advertising space.
2, We have not given them permission to email us.
3, We have not given them permission to spam our web site forms.
4, There may be a link with text saying, "unsubscribe", however, as per internet safety standards we do not click the links in SPAM.
5, The so called, "business", sends email from an email that is different from their web site url - a know spam technique.
6, The alleged, "business", uses a series of different email addresses so they can get past spam filters.
7, They spam web site forms so they can get past email spam filters.
The business does spam our forms multiple times per day.I have contacted this business many times to be removed from their lists, they have ignored my requests - this is a violation of CAN-SPAM.

Once again this customer is clearly confused about the facts. We do NOT email anybody. There is a big difference between contacting a company via their CONTACT US PAGE and spamming their email. We offer a one click removal system, but it the customer isn't willing to click on the link then we aren't aware they want to be removed. I have offered multiple times to remove the customer myself if they will just provide their domain and yet they aren't willing to do that either. Finally, they statement they we send them marketing messages multiple times a day is just factually a lie. Our system doesn't even allow that. In conclusion, we still remain ready and willing to remove this customer if they want to provide me their domain or click on the unsubscribe link. Their choice. Not sure why we are going back and forth here. The marketing that we do is 100% legal. All our marketing is clearly market "advertisement" and provides an easy 5 second permanent removal process. Just because a customer doesn't like a certain type of marketing doesn't make it illegal. We provide much needed working capital to businesses throughout ***************** and ******. Most of those clients wouldn't even know this type of lending was available if it weren't for our marketing. However, for those not interested in our services or receiving marketing from us they can be permanently removed from all future marketing almost immediately by FOLLOWING 1 simple instruction.Initial Complaint

All our advertisement is clearly posted as advertisement and provides all recipients with the opportunity to be permanently removed from any further marketing by simply clicking a button. It would appears this client chose to contact you directly without actually asking to be removed. The process takes less than 10 seconds and removes them immediately. We are in full compliance with all state and federal laws and gain nothing from marketing to businesses that have expressed interest for us to cease all communication with them. However, without the client providing the domain or domains they want removed I can't help them.
