    Dishonest and unethical. Stole our listing photos of our vehicle for sale and posted on his own inventory for $11k more than we were asking. Also tried to sabotage our sale on the auction by writing a bad review. Steer clear of this shady business.

    Was Skeptical at first of this business. Anything is tricky when youre dealing with the internet. Contacted them about a truck I liked. Was able to have a 3rd party inspector go out. Moved forward, wired them money, and a week later a truck arrived. Have to say its not my preferred way of doing business but in the age of scams I am happy with how this turned out. Would use them again

    On June 13th I contacted this business and informed them that I would like to purchase one of the vehicles that they were advertising. I made a full price offer pending a 3rd party inspection which Butter Classics recommended that I do. On June 14th, 2023, we paid $320.00 for a 3rd party inspection of a vehicle through Butter Classics. While waiting for the inspection to happen, the company informed me that they had sold the vehicle to another interested party. We are very disappointed in the lack of integrity and truthfulness with this business and the individual that we were working with. We feel that we were cheated out of a vehicle that we had offered full asking price for not to mention the $320 for the inspection that did not happen. In our opinion, this is a very shady business to work with and we will never recommend Butter Classics to anyone.

    While we very much do appreciate our chance to do business with you we also make it a priority to ensure both parties walk away as satisfied as possible. Yes you did pay for a 3rd party inspection, that inspection did not happen.When that inspection did not happen we refunded your inspection back to you while also providing a screenshot of the refund. If for any reason you did not receive that refund we would be happy to address this with you. Our records indicate the funds were withdrawn by stripe and sent back to the original card that was used. 

    We are disappointed to be labeled as shady. We do not take deposits and we do allow for full offers on a vehicle to take priority. We also do not respond to threats over text regarding ****** dollars. As a business we take pride in our process and product.
