    We ordered a Christmas tree from grow and stow we paid via zelle as per their website. They only take payments that way or Venmo or other apps they don't use credit cards. We purchased the tree sent proof of the zelle payment to their account they responded with an email that stated a tracking email would follow and we haven't heard from them since. I have repeatedly tried to call the number they gave me for ************ account text the number they gave me for ************ account and email the email they used to correspond with me as well as the email provided on the website growandstow.com.

    On November 14, 2022 I made a purchase on Grow & Stow Trees website of a 7'-9' Adjustable *********** Pre-Lit LED Artificial Christmas Tree for $550. The Website has a chat box where you can ask questions and I requested additional information about the item and instantly received a response. When I went to pay for the item I noticed that they only received Zelle, cashapp, bitcoin, bank transfer and venmo. I inquired about it and they said they had a maintenance issue with the credit card system. I made the purchase through Zelle and received an email and text with my confirmation number, directions on how to pay and to email the company once the payment was made. Once the payment was made I notified the company by both text and email and I received a reply back that I would receive tracking information shortly. By November 21, 2022 I had not received tracking information so I sent a follow up email and text requesting tracking information. After no response I attempted to contact the company repeatedly through phone, email, text messages, ******** messenger and through the chat portal on their website all to no avail. I have requested through email on November 28, 2022 a full refund. Looking back at the website they have a Guaranteed safe checkout box that says Norton ******** ****** Trusted Store, BBB Accredited Business, Trusted Certified Privacy which must be fake as I could not find the business on BBB.
