5 starsBetween January 3rd 2025 and February 3rd 2025, I placed 4 orders with Money Metals Exchange. All the orders were completed and fulfilled. All items were delivered in a reasonable amount of time, as it was the holiday season, and mail carriers were loaded down with many packages to deliver. It was very easy to create an account with **********************, and they have a broad spectrum of coins of all types, and spanning centuries of time. The order process was easy, and customer service personnel were pleasant to deal with. I will continue to deal with Money Metals Exchange for the foreseeable future, and have no complaints to levy against them. 1 starthey have been sending text email and it's generally against the usd and today they send a email that out right says to dump the usd, right after they say they wrong and then they want u click to read how to do as they ask.. I do have the screenshot and original email they send and where they ask to do this and screenshot. of all the most unpatriotic things to ask strangers to them and for them to assume people would follow.Review fromRobert D

After follow-up telephone conversations last month, I placed an order for bullion via telephone (and bank wire transfer) and was highly satisfied with the whole process... and very impressed with the knowledgeable and courteous staff. It was so refreshing to find a reputable business that I can totally trust. Last year, I almost fell prey to a scam from another would-be precious metals company. The fraudulent activity would have meant a huge monetary loss, but I curtailed the order and reported that seller to the BBB. Money metals exchange has always been quick to answer questions, help me figure out the best purchasing methods and turnaround time to give me or buy my products from me. If your buying, selling it both they're super quick, easy to work with and teach you. I can't see how you can go wrong.******.
