I ordered online 4 boxes of Wellamoon Sleep Patches for $42.89.Then they added a bottle of sleep spray and 4 more boxes of sleep patches for $47.45. Which i did not order. So within the hour i tried to cancel. To late its been shipped. The Wellamoon order form added other products to my order which I did not check or want. The order form is very isleading. I kept hitting the No thank you button to every additional product they tried to add to my order. When I saw the final charges I immediately emailed them to cancel my entire order. Their website stated I had to cancel within 12 hours of ordering, which I did. I then received an email from them offering me a 50% discount if I agreed to keep the order. I immediately emailed back that I still wanted a complete cancellation and want my credit card charges reversed. Now they tell me the order is in transit and cant be canceled even though I followed all their rules for cancelling. I messaged not even 5 minutes after this went through and it took them 7 hours to respond. I did not order all of these items they added to my order and was charged the wrong amounts also. This is fraud! they have a 30 day money back guarantee. Refund the amount.the whole order process is very confusing also. I was only going to try 1 package. This company has fraud alerts all over the internet for this same thing and not giving people their money back for your guarantee . I do not believe that the order was packed and shipped 5 min after the order. As you see here this is a common issue with this company! Very shady and deceptive business practices!! They said they would refund 50% then later 80%. I filed a ****** dispute but didnt read all the things I wrote and didnt give me my money back. The company is refusing a refund even with 30day refund. This company does this often charges people for things they didnt order. There is no invoice or anything in order process that shows you what is going to be charged. Then when you try to cancel they will say sorry was already shipped I emailed 5 min after and received the tracking 2 days later. So it wasnt ready to be shipped. Ordered 2 "boxes" of sleep patches. Went through checkout and did not realize that pillow spray was automatically added to my order for an additional $14.50 that I did not want. IMMEDIATELY contacted wellamoon and asked for this to be removed and order total adjusted. 6 hours later I got an email that it was too late to remove the spray - I would say so since you waited 6 hours to check into it.Received the order and only got 1 of the 2 boxes that I ordered. Have attempted to contact them 2 times and jumped through all the hoops (fill out this request, reply to an email to confirm you actually need help) only to not get any replies or ************* out for this company, shady sales practices of adding things to your cart and making it your problem to see and remove them, waiting long enough to make it not possible to adjust orders, and then ignoring customers that have issues.I would like my entire order refunded and my contact and payment information deleted from their database.Business Response

I ordered one box of sleep patches to try at a total price of about $17. They send you through a gauntlet of additional offers before letting you check out. I refused all, but when I got the order confirmation it was for 4 boxes at $60.47 and my credit card was charged that amount. I sent them an email within 30 minutes of the order requesting an adjustment and their response was 'sorry the order has already been processed and shipped'. Are you kidding me? Subsequent emails and complaints later they offered a 30% discount on a product quantity I didn't even order! On 7/21/25, I placed an order with Wellamoon for 53 dollars and some change (I have provided a screenshot of a similar promo for 70% off, but it shows a slightly different price. I have also seen promos on the site for 50% off at roughly $55). A short while later, I received an email confirming my order. Instead of the price listed on the website, I was charged $60.91 for the item, $5.67 in taxes, and $14.95 for a bottle of pillow spray that I did not order. After reading the email, I immediately replied that I wanted to cancel my order. I also went on their website to submit a request for cancellation. I was told that they were unable to alter or modify my order, as it had already been processed and shipped. I am requesting a cancellation of my order and a full refund.Business Response
