    I bought two jars of Nerve Renew in the past 45 days. I didn't open either one, tried an open jar from my daughter. I didn't care for the texture of the cream, and asked to return both jars for a refund of $55.04. I got an email saying they'd only refund for one month, even though I never signed up for a subscription.

    The customer was unaware that they had signed up for a subscription plan. As a result, we honored our guarantee and allowed them to return both containers for a full refund. We are currently waiting for the products to be returned

    They are now operating under Nerve recovery max / AzuraBal8886322690 /Azura Vital Balance and tricking American Seniors like my father illegally. Theyll be found.

    After reviewing your complaint, it appears your issue is with a different company. Our company (Nerve Renew) is not affiliated in any way with Nerve Recovery max or Azura Vital Balance. We have no connection to their products or business practices.

    I believe this company takes advantage of the elderly. The keep sending brochures claiming to relief from Nerve Pain. Dr. ******* and the entire staff of Nerve Renew should be ashamed that they are taking money from the elderly. Elder abuse is what that's called. WRONG WRONG WRONG Stop sending the pamphlets out to my deceased mother, ******* *****. I was told these ad's come from a third party vendor, well your company can get a hold of those third party vendors and stop them from sending this c*** to my dead mom!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ****

    I sincerely apologize for the distress and frustration caused by the unwanted mail advertisements you received.

    While we work with a third-party vendor to send printed advertisements, we take full responsibility for ensuring the names on their mailing list are handled with care.

    I have reached out to the vendor to request the immediate removal of your mothers name from their database. I know this doesnt change whats happened, but please know that Im doing everything in our power to prevent any further mailings from being sent.

    I started this company to help my own father (who has since passed), who was dealing with debilitating nerve pain in his later years.

    My team and I try to treat every person we encounter (whether theyre a customer or not) with the same love and care I wouldve wanted for my father. In our 15 years in business, weve been able to help many people improve their lives and health allowing them to live more comfortably and independently.

    But we know were not perfect, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we can take appropriate action.
