    We hired this company last year as a general contractor for a modular home. We paid over ******* up front, half of which was supposed to go to the modular home company, and half to go to Building It Best. The contractor never gave the modular home company its share and never did any work. He just quit communicating with us and took our money. We went through an arbitration process that went in our favor but haven't received anything back. Beware of hiring this company, especially if you give cash upfront.
