      Turn on the heat during your walk thru because, after I moved in & used the heater, it smelled like ammonia strength pet urine. Asked for carpet cleaning receipt, none provided. The house and floor isn't connected. Pests come in & im anemic (its cold) so energy costs are up. Bug bites to ************* hives, face breakouts, missed work or overwork to stay out of the house. Dead bugs in clothes and shoes. I have 2 kids. They are the property management company (they cancel unfinished maintenance request) Tried charging me for things they never put into writing like the W&D was not in the lease. When i finally got in contact with ************** received the rent to remodel the unit, Now they say I can leave. I'm ********** I can't move, my subsidy is tied to the home as well. They offered no assistance. My lease is not up & housing plans to pay them still. They will band together, hire new employees to avoid any blame, ENOUGH! I complained for 2 years, no call backs. Tried raising my rent 2 times via mail. Make sure you record and get everything in email or text.
