      I have requested a refund of $1120.12 since September 6, 2022, for overpayment for services provided by Kootenai Health on March 27, 2022. I have spoken with ***************** Services 6 times regarding the refund request and have gotten the run around each and every time. I paid for these services promptly upon receiving the invoice for the services provided.Kootenai Health has received reimbursement from ******** for these services but still refuses to reimburse **** have spoken with ******* on 9/6/2022, **** on 10/26/2022, ***** on 10/28/2022, ****** on 11/28/2022, **** on 11/30/2022 and ***** on 12/16/2022.

      In October I was extremely sick and couldn't breathe, I went into the **********, urgent care and waited five hours to almost be sent home with pneumonia. I also was skipped in the waiting room because i had the same first name as someone and they called her back instead. The provider barely tried to actually figure out what was wrong with me. I demanded a chest x-ray before I left and the physician was so passive aggressive and clearly annoyed with me. And sure enough, I was right, and this provider almost sent me home with pneumonia. then my boyfriend gets sick and we go to the ****************** on Oct. 12th, they refused to give him a note for work, even though he was just a sick as i was. They couldnt figure out what was wrong with him. Couple days later, he didn't wanna go back to the ****** one because of how they treated him so he went to the ************* oct 15. ************* one treated him, and it was fine. The thing about my boyfriend's work is he needs paperwork filled out by the provider to get those days approved and excused. We gave them the paperwork when we got it, waited two weeks. They called us and said it was ready, I go pick it up and nothing is filled out. I run back in there. Tell them it's urgent it needs to be filled out and why were even called in the first place. A week passes. I called back to see if it's ready again, and they tell me they lost it. So now I'm in the process of trying to figure out where they put that paperwork and trying to get them to find it. Absolutely absurd and so unprofessional. And not to mention the provider try to refuse to give him more than one day off when he was out of work for multiple days. We found the paper that said she approved three days off prior and then she approve the three days off...she lied to us and said he came in for an ear infection when that is a complete lie. it has been 2 months and still have failed to give us back the paperwork. absolutely excusable and unprofessional. its Dec 14th
