    Our doctor was ***************************. Although we were quite fond of her, some of the staff in the office are friendly, whereas others are rude and unhelpful, making you feel like you are not doing what you should do even though you have. I was told to send a fax to get our prescriptions moved over to where we moved and I had to call four different times. The fourth time I called I was rudely told that they have no information on that. The fact that it went through and I had talked to at least three others who were very friendly and helping me to get our prescriptions when we needed them. The staff at the front desk may need to have some classes on phone etiquette and how to treat patients that are paying big money to get help.
