The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the governments allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On December 1, 2016, State of Idaho in the State of Idaho Magistrate Court of Kootenai County charged Anton Randall Hale with twelve counts of grand theft. The State of Idaho alleges Mr. Anton is accused of entering into contracts with homeowners for landscaping work, receiving payment and failing to complete the work. Mr. Hale was arrested December 15, 2016 and held in the Kootenai County Jail on a $50,000 bond. He was released the same day after paying a 5 percent surety bond.
On February 28, 2017, Honorable Judge Robert Burton ordered mediation which is ongoing.
