Purchased an Fifth Wheel RV at full price on approx July 20, 2021. Went to pick it up on August 7 and was told there were problems with it but that the dealer would pay for it when the part got in and shipped to us. We could take it to any place we could and they would pay for the repairs. Upon getting the RV home that day, there was another huge issue and we immediately called and they said that would be taken care of when the other problem was handled in the shop and that they would pay for both. Well, it’s been repaired and is in the shop waiting for us to pick up but the shop is not receiving payment from the dealer. After weeks of trying to get payment I’m being told that they would pay with a credit card over the phone, they said they mailed a check on October 14. It’s now October 28 exactly two weeks later, and the shop still has not received payment and we need to get it out of the shop. The dealer and the employees… Brock, The sales person and Wayne, the finance person are not being helpful at all and are completely dissing us. Paid full price for this RV, without question, and this bill is only $750 and they say they’re going to pay it but they’re not paying it. So frustrating!!! They know that we are 3000 miles away and have our house so we’re hoping you can please help us. Thank you!!
