    Why I choose Weathertight Roofing **** I got four total bids for the reroofing of our home and storage shed. Two from ***** Corning venders and two from Malarkey roofing firms, one of which was Weathertight Roofing, *** who is certified in the installation of Malarkey shingles. On Jan 10th ************************* arrived to give us the quote. ****************** was personable, listened to what we wanted done, presented options, and was professional. He presented us with a black folder, with a Letter of Introduction from the ********** **************************** and contained the history and firms ethics of which no others provided. The company is licensed, bonded, and insured. The bid also included a 3-year workmanship warranty, (no other bids contained this) with the best bang for the expense of the reroofing. The best price, quality of the shingle, the overall warranty of the shingles, related materials, and no money down was required. None of the other roofing companies came close to the quality and warranty of their products in their quotations. Note, the high-profile ridge caps are fantastic and provide a great aesthetic appeal to the finished roof. Research for yourself the specifications of the Malarky Vista shingles in wind resistance, lift resistance, impact resistance in comparison to the other brands. Furthermore, ***** *********************** made the whole project a pleasurable experience and changed out our exhaust vents for the bathrooms upon my request. And the project manager ***** came several times to include upon the conclusion of the project to insure everything was as it should be. I would hire Weathertight Roofing ***, again anytime to re-roof our home, and we highly recommend them to others if you seek a competent, honest, firm that arrives when they say they will, and gets the job done on the date they say as well. *****************************
