            On April 28, 2021, Better Business Bureau was alerted to an online business operating as Lopqac in Caldwell, Idaho 83607. Consumers allege ordering products from Lopqac, https://www.lopqac.com, that are not delivered as promised. Consumers further claim the business is unresponsive to their requests for assistance regarding delivery and refunds.

            The Idaho Secretary of State reports Lopqac is not a licensed business in Idaho.

            On April 28, 2021 and May 19, 2021, BBB reached out to Lopqac regarding the consumer complaints, but to date has not received a response.

            Good morning. On May 4, 2022, I ordered a large pool filter from Lopqac.com online. The company cashed my transaction of $71.68 on May 5. I havent received my order yet. Ive written to them twice with no reply. On my bank statement, the name that shows up as cashing my transaction was: Muoian Muoian.com.I want a full refund. Ive noticed that this company has been accused of scamming others in a similar fashion. I shouldve looked into their company before placing my order. They need to be investigated and shut down. Please help me resolve this matter. Thanks very much. *************************
