    "I paid postage for a free bottle of truewell nerve support and later they took REMOVEDout my checking account which I didnt authorize, I want my money back since I didnt authorize this payment"

    "I paid shipping plus $5 shipping on a sample from truewell on nerves I called them about them charging me $99 for something I didnt order and first he offered me 30% back and I could hardly understand him and my husband couldnt either and I thought he was offering me a refund and Said he would cancel my contract But when he send me a email it stated he would only give mr 50% of my money back I texted them back and told them I dont want their 50% back I wanted all my refund returned"
