After using Harmon Travel for ***** State athletics travel for many years we used them for our extended family (17 people) trip to the Mediterranean. We cannot tell you how horrible our experience was. They had no idea when deposits were due with the cruise line, booked miles of walking for my 80+ year old father who moves between a ****** and a wheelchair, instructed us to walk back to the airport to catch a cruise ship shuttle from the airport to the port that didn't exist, did not have transportation from the hotel in **** to the cruise ship the morning after our arrival (we had to charter three vans in the middle of the night to make the 45 minute drive before the ship departed), booked our post-cruise hotel in **** for the wrong dates, printed our cruise ship tags double-sided (so my mom's luggage tags were on the back of my dad's, etc.), and never followed up with MSC cruise line or any of the tour companies in **** for a credit or refund when our trip was cut short due to *****.We asked the owner for help on multiple occasions and he kept directing us to the same travel agent. My parents wanted to see Rome and the Mediterranean as their last international trip and it was a disaster. I wouldn't let Harmon buy tickets to the zoo for our family - too much risk getting it right. International travel, particularly during the ***** era is way out of their league. They are skimping by on the reputation they built 30 years ago when this was a smaller area and we didn't have many choices. We do have choices now, and I would encourage any travelers to leverage more reliable options.We asked them for help with the travel insurance policy they sold our entire group and after more than two months of hearing nothing from Harmon Travel, we called Allianz (the travel insurance company) to find all of our claims had been closed for inactivity. I'm shocked they are accredited because even an "F" is too high of a rating.

Owner *** Harmon has been in contact with ************************* and is currently working on resolving the issues. Reimbursement for the transfer cost in **** has been sent to her. Communications with ***************** are ongoing and we expect a positive outcome shortly.
