      ***************** / SCANDIA HEATER REVIEW I sure wish I would have checked the reviews on this company before purchasing the sauna. From the start there were issues with the Smart Sauna Wifi Controller/App. Over the months I have made various phone calls to tech *******, whom tried very hard to help me to get it working, than he quit his job and referred me to **************************************** with ********************** MFG. In the many phone calls she made it clear the wifi controller/app was not functioning but no plans as to when it will be up and running AND eventually told me it was not a priority. I was shocked by this attitude towards customer service. This was a feature we paid for and drove us to purchase this unit. Since then, I made some phone calls to *********** with a promise from a tech that he would see what he could do and get back to me. Of course weeks later no response so I picked up the phone once again to see how he made out and was automatically forwarded to **************************************** with **********************. She had absolutely no satisfactory solutions for us AGAIN with the exception to spend more money and PURCHASE a manual controller to compensate for their controller not working from the start. I put my husband on the phone and while he tried to reason with her, describe what customer service is in regards to standing behind their product, and asked to be forwarded to a Manager/Owner, which she would not comply AND eventually hung up on him. It is fair to be noted that both parties were calm and respectful. Ironically their website says they have a 10 year unprecedented warranty on their heater and parts!! Stay absolutely clear of this company as they refuse to stand behind their product and provide any customer service whatsoever. My husband and I are both in the customer service industry and we are utterly appalled that business of this low calibre are allowed to be in business, and at this point are feeling scammed!
