      Their business ethics and charges are fraudulent. They wouldn't send me the form so I could fill out pay the $150 remove my name off of the lease. Even when my roommate got another roommate. I guess their credit wasn't as good as mine so they kept my name on the lease knowing I moved out 1 month after I moved in. I tried for 7 months to get the form through emails and voice mails. When my ***** moved out they tacked on a bunch of frivolous charges and turned over $3200 for collection against me. No judgement or nothing and collection has been harassing me saying I should of signed a form when I moved out. I would of had they told us I needed to and if they would of sent it to me when I requested it for several months. Avoid this business if at all possible.
