    Metro Management, represented by ***** ***** in ***********, along with the property owner, ***** ***** and her insurance company, ********, who have continued to collect rent from a tenant residing at **************************************************** after a fire caused by neglected electrical wiring accured in the kitchen in the home at 3am in the morning 48 days ago while the tenant was sleeping. The 3 parties listed above have left this tenant to live in the home with no kitchen appliances, burned cupboards, smoke damage throughout the entire house, and continued collecting rent for a home that deemed uninhabitable. *********************************************************************************************************************************************************

    Metro Property Management turns your property into a slum, and you won't know it as long as the Tenants pay rent. Take a look at the Duplex at ***************************************************************. The front of the property is well kept, but the back of the property has 8 vehicles, and a mountain of trash. They have turned the neighborhood into a slum. I would not recommend this business to any of my Family, or Friends.

    We responded to the complaint when we received it. Apparently, there wasn't a problem until the person wanted the tree trimmed that over hangs their property, which we are obtaining bids for.
