"After a 7 year relationship with Drake Mechanical I am discontinuing their Maintenance Program after the following occurrence: During my Fall pre paid maintenance visit the technician told me I needed to replace a capacitor ($10 item) in my furnace with a charge of $270+. I questioned the amount and ended up speaking to the office manager who said it was not negotiable despite it was done during my routine maintenance visit, with some nonsense about travel expenses etc." ...
