  I was driving home with my toddler in the car late at night. A car behind me starts flashing its lights and tailgating me. I didn't cut anyone off, my lights were on, I was going the speed limit, etc. This car starts to follow me, is shouting at me (my window was down so now my kid unfortunately knows some new words), honking, etc. I was terrified and for the life of me I can't figure out what I did to upset them. I was eventually able to lose them but saw a "Deep Six Security" logo on their car. Their behavior was completely inappropriate and disproportionately angry for the situation. There was no reason for them to put myself and my baby's life in ***** way. I can't imagine that they run their business any better than they have a handle on their employees behavior.

  If I could take away their 1 star on the other reviews I WOULD. Deep Six Parking stalks parking lots. I went into an apartment to grab one thing and came back with a boot. I was doing a favor for sure someone who lives here and they booted within moments. It wasn't a day it wasn't an hour it wasn't 30 minutes. Horrible organization of trolls and stalkers who take at any cost, regardless of the situation. Shame on you people.

  I was visiting a friend I parked on the side of the road clearly nowhere does it say no parking or is the curb painted? I still got booted. But while I was waiting, I walked around my car and found another boot, laying in the grass And because I have integrity, I let the gentleman know that I found a boot on the grass that if youd like to come pick it up, he could pick up mine too Not only did he not even thank me they couldnt even knock five dollars off. He couldnt give me a business card or anything. Is this even a legit company or are they just going around booting people for the fun of it?

  scam artists that will boot your car even with parking permit showing and when asked for proof they provided terrible pictures that dont show the parking permit in the drivers side window. i was charged 150 dollars to have it removed and shortly after disputed the charge, after they took 3 hours to remove the boot that was put on for no reason.

  This company is an utter disgrace to security companies and a completely predatory operation. They have illegally booted multiple tenants within my apartment complex and deny ever doing any wrong and refuse to listen to any form of rationale. Theyll boot your vehicle outside of enforcement hours and make you pay to get it off even when proven wrong. By Idaho law the booter has to sign the ticket, show you their identification if requested and must have it on them at all times of operation. The girl who illegally booted my vehicle just wrote WN on the ticket, wouldnt give me her name or that of her supervisor/manager, and cursed at me as well as flipped me off as she left, after I called the local PD for assistance. In ********** you are required to have a valid license in order to boot a vehicle and it sounds like employees with Deep Six operate without one most of the time. I have filed a formal complaint with the **** BBB, and the local **************** Hopefully something will come of it, and stop this company from getting away with theft of peoples hard earned money.

  The absolute worst company. They boot your car regardless of if you have a parking permit, or are in a legal parking spot, and also after the hours the property management tells them to enforce. I got booted tonight with the permit in my window, in a parking spot, and the girl was so hostile. She refused to take the boot off, cussed at us and our neighbor, left when we called the police, and flipped us off as she drove off. When we called to ask her name and her supervisors info she gave us a false name and refused to give any supervisor info. An absolutely shady and corrupt company, that thrives on predatory (and illegally) booting.

  *** on the phone was the rudest ever first off there automated system does not work so it sends you to parking everything I asked the guy multiple times to transfer or let me know how to get ahold of security he said there wasn't anyway to get ahold of the other half of the company hung up on me the first time and then continued being unprofessional through all the calls this business is most likely a scam I would guess

  It was absolutely not a scam. You called 17 times in 5 minutes. The parking Side is 100 percent different than the security side. I told you 17 times to hand up, call again and press 2. Every time you called, you pushed 1. FOR THE PARKING. It specifies on the machine which party to dial. You continually failed to push two. Why would you keep pushing 1 and get the person you're literally not calling to talk to. After 17 calls it gets pretty annoying that you couldn't figure it out so yes, I was a little bit irritated after telling you so many times what to do. And all our calls are recorded, I hung up in you after your 5th attempt of yelling at me ***** because I don't need such foul language from you. I have zero tolerance for childish adults who kick and scream when things don't go their way. By the way, after you called, I called the Deep six number and got ahold of security. Not sure why you couldn't figure it out.

  Went to say hi to a friend that recently moved and a few min in my car gets booted and not to mention guest parking is not labeled called and they just state its in the entrance its a small sign that statutes permit parking but doesn't state if visitors parking is available or a sign that states this is visitors parking and charging 150 and booting car then giving 12 hrs to move is ridiculous. Properly labeling guest parking or making it know there is no guest parking would be great since residents do have friends and families that visit or giving out guest passes that work for like 8hr or less something but seeing all theses complaints there is no point there doesn't seem to be any resolution for this issue. Guest parking permit or a designated area that states it would go a long way.

  These guys are straight up extortionist they screwed up put a boot on my car even when I had the proper permit I called them they refused to move it until I paid the $150 fee. I pointed out I had the proper permit they agreed but they still refuse to remove it so I removed it myself and now they're trying to press felony charges against me
