1 starI see the horrible reviews and can't agree more. Here's my customer "service" crapresentative still not giving me my money back after the 3rd ask. Do not give this company any money you are not willing to throw away....?I want to sincerely apologize for how mishandled this has felt for you. I can clearly see how frustrated and upset you are and you are absolutely right to expect a smooth, respectful experience without having to repeat yourself. Im truly sorry youve had to go through this more than once.... before finalizing a refund, never to make things harder for you. 1 star************! Have a fraudulent charge on our Credit Card from them. When contacting them for a refund theyre trying to force a discount instead of a refund! Stay away from these people! I think they are the scam!Review fromShawn H

1 starThis is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund. I left a message, and they called back. When I answered, they hung up on me. They will tell you what you want to hear during text chat support, then send you a ticket saying the refund was issued, but within the email, it states a refund can't be issued due to the order being in process. What they are doing is making you receive their product when a refund can be issued. They are literally scam artists. They don't care about customer service or following their guidelines of 100% money back for up to 365 days if the item is not shipped, and they are refusing. It's a simple transaction. My guess is when I ship the item back they will say they never received it. 0 integrity or follow anything they have on their website. This company is complete trash. I have everything we'll document and I'm going to my bank to try that route and im going to post everything online to help others not get scammed!Review fromTracey E

I have gone ahead and issued you two full refunds which will post back to your ****** account in 1-3 days.
We have recently worked with this seller to educate them on how to better handle refund requests, so hopefully this doesn't frustrate other customers.

1 starClickBank will never refund your money or look at your request. They sponsored a website called "themusclemaximizer.com". The payment was received, and my access was activated then revoked.ClickBank never refund me or contact the seller to activate my account. my tickets number is #******** and all they did was close the ticket. This review can be altered if I get the help needed.ClickBank

1 starI would NOT use if you want ease of getting into your account (clkbank has to go through clickBank now to sign in. Big mess) and you've got to be very careful with anything that you order because it's very easy to get billed on a monthly basis if you're not aware and don't keep an eye on it. I ended up just asking for a refund for my last order and I will never use some again as a result of this . I've had a lot of trouble with my orders and trying to get on to the initial website of the products that I've purchased. A lot of headache's! And customer service tries to get you to send an email or go to this other/another service, that you have to pay to use, instead of dealing with your problem or question on the phone. I purchased a large quantities of TRB coins, different denominations of TRB bucks, along with cards and incentives for higher payments when cashing in the money when ***** was put back into office. I am attaching my list of purchases. I have purchased:2020 KAG coins- 175 Gold plated TRB Coin- 140 Silver plated TRB Coins- 18 24K Gold plated TRB $:TRB Million dollar- 55 TRB First Couple- 30 TRB 100 Trillion- 5 1000 TRB Faux Gold plated- 5 TRB $1000.00 - 400 TRB $5000.00- 100 VIP TRB -100 TRB Checks- 50 TRB Certificates - 50 TRB Forms- 50 TRB Diamond cards- 10 Red Patriot cards- 25 TRB Gold cards- 25 ULTBS -101-Ultimate - 1 GLDBSTER-101 Gold -1 TRB cards- 120 I also have my receipts if you need those as well. I read last week that ***** was not associated with these products snd that if we purchased any of them we should turn it into the BBB by legal counsel. I not only purchased from these from ********** but from Raw Patriots as well. When I was contacted telling me I could cashout my monies i was told that I would need to provide my full name, email address, country where I lived, and list of my TRB that I wanted to cashout. Once they received that information they told me I would need to purchase other cards, or stickers, in order to cashout. These things would cost ******** or more. I have that documentation as well if you need that for my complaint.
