    On 7/10/24, we bought an F150 from Dennis Dillon, our sales *** was Will ******. We got an extended warranty. The next morning, we noticed a rattle & returned to the dealership, signing an amendment that promised they would fix it. Mechanic ***** said wed need to wait two weeks for the warranty to kick in before ***airs. When we brought it back, he said it was a wastegate rattle, but the noise worsened, & ***** dismissed it, even gaslighting us by denying he could hear it. After insisting, he offered excuses & told us of **** TSBs, which were not helpful. DD then directed us to ****** for the ****, to which Lithia said they don't fix TSBs. Soon after we began experiencing AdvanceTrac issues, disabling the trucks drive modes, & requiring us to restart the vehicle to reset it. Frustrated, we took it back to *****, who suggested a software update that might fix it, he wasnt confident it would work and sent us to another dealership. Attempts to contact manager ***** ***************** at Dennis Dillon were ignored. Through a family connection, we were referred to *** *******, the service director, who suggested a diagnostic at *********************. By then, we had already brought the truck in four times over 80 days. This process caused major inconvenience, & we even canceled a camping trip. ****** found the rattle & a leaky valve. The truck went back in for another 1.5 mo. Upon return, the rattle remained & had worsened. Dennis Dillon claims the wastegate rattle is normal in **** trucks, but other F150 owners we spoke with had no such issues. We asked for a refund, but *** suggested a trade-in that would require a new warranty/+$$. After months of stress & poor service, we just want our money back. The truck has been unusable for over two months of the four weve owned it, and Dennis Dillons broken promises and unresponsiveness have made this a nightmare. ***** this dealership, which has left us feeling misled, exhausted, and with a truck we believe to be a lemon.

    Called to purchase a new car advertised on their web site. I accepted that price, accepted their trade in offer. Then price was increased by $2000. I was told because I was paying cash, not financing it. Then told price was changed daily. Then was told price advertised in error. Then told there is fine print somewhere justifying their waffling on the price. No wonder people dislike car dealerships and think they are dishonest because they are dishonest. At least Dennis Dillon Nissan is dishonest.

    The customer wanted manufacturer incentives for which she did not qualify. Had she qualified for the incentives, she would have received the referenced price. The dealership cannot, however, change the manufacturer's incentive qualification requirements. It tried to explain that to the customer, but it appears there was a disconnect between its sales consultant and the customer. The incentives required financing with **** and that the vehicle be titled in ***** after the sale. The dealership has been working with its website host in an effort to add clarity. It will continue those efforts.

    I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Dennis Dillon. After purchasing a vehicle from them, I soon discovered that it was in poor condition and had several issues. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter, including providing proof of the problems and requesting a refund for my down payment, I was met with unresponsiveness and a lack of accountability from their team.It's incredibly frustrating to be sold a defective vehicle and then be ignored when seeking a fair resolution. I trusted Dennis Dillon to provide a reliable vehicle and expected them to stand by their product. Instead, I feel deceived and left out of pocket.I strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from Dennis Dillon to be extremely cautious and consider other options. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I hope this review helps others avoid a similar situation.

    Worst nightmare at this dealership! They changed the price and lease option after spending 2 days working on the car. I have still not received a revised quote nor a text or call. ************ must not be in tune with the c*** that is going on in this dealership. Worst service ever. !!! I asked for the paperwork to be revised and after 3 days no response. Don't go here unless you want confusion!
