    So to start this out I've have HLS for 3-4 years now. Starting this year they have been sending payments back saying they are not the full amount. Just for me to send it right back the next day. Then telling me they are not receiving payments online. Making me send in money orders. Okay thats fine now Im being told that I havent paid in months with sending proof of my payments and money order reciepts. Then getting an attitude from a loan counselor asking "So whats your excuse for being late?". Just for my money order payments to be on the website but still being told they dont have them. Cause the exact amounts are put in on the transaction history. When I've told them this and sent proof they just want to argue that they dont have it. Its ruining my credit and probably trying to force me out of my home. What do I do about this??

    I have been with this company only 9 months. Recently, they have accepted my mortgage payments, given me a confirmation number, indicated that the payment has been - again - accepted and posted, and then issues. In April, it didn't hit my bank account for three days into the month although I paid several days early; in May it didn't hit at all and they sent a letter saying I was being assessed a $15 charge and that "this communication is from a debt collector". I have never missed a payment and have entered all information correctly. No doubt my credit rating - which I worked extremely hard at establishing - has taken a hit. I just get form emails from them and no communication from one of their agents. Sent request for investigation to my state's mortgage authority and am shopping for a new lender. If my credit takes a hit will contact an attorney. Awful company - avoid at all costs.

    Where to start? The collection agents "loan councilors" lie and then lie on top of other lies. I have been waiting for a call from a supervisor for almost a year. I've called numerous times due to charges that are flat out fraudulent. I've never went a full month without being in contact with them. I notcied three $30 charges under "other". I called to ask what the are and was told they are inspection fees. I didn't ask for any inspections. They said they sent someone out to make sure I still libe in my home. I asked how do they determine that? I was told they knock on the door and speak to who ever resides in the home. I said I have 24/7 Audio/Video recording around my home. She then changed it and said they have several ways. I asked for proof of them coming to my home since they placed three $30 charges on my account and refuse to remove them. She said she could not get into that part of the system due to her password not working. She said her supervisor would call me back since she put a request for proof in. Never received a call. I called and spoke with her and she lied again. Went as far as saying this is the first conversation we have had. I reminded her of how our call started. (Her reminding me that on our last call, she told me letters would be sent out even though I'm on a repayment plan). She got mad and hung up on me. I've not heard from her since. **************** keep telling me they see the request but it has not been responded to yet. It has been a year!!! Homeloanserv bought my loan from my original mortgage company 6 months after I signed. It has been a living nightmare dealing with these people. I hope the owner is enjoying the millions he is stealing from hard working people like myself. We certainly can't get in contact with him. If you have an option, do NOT use homeloanserv!!!

    I've only been with Home LoanServ for a couple of months. So far I honestly have had good experience with them. They answer my questions in a fairly timely manner. I talked with miss ***** and she was extremely helpful!

    This company is absolutely TERRIBLE!! Never mind their customer service experts but add in the downgrading, unprofessional communication, lack of having any kind of sympathy toward hardships amongst families with one income. I was let go from my job the middle of November due to a surgery I was supposed to have in December. My surgery was postponed due to my insurance cancelling (thats a whole other mess in itself) and then here we are today with them telling my husband on the phone because he called asking if our paperwork had made its way to them since he hadnt heard anything, they proceeded to tell him they have no record of the paperwork THEY REQUESTED TO BE FILLED OUT BY US THE BEGINNING OF *************** also have no record of his or my phone number but they surely mailed out and emailed him notices. Excuse me?! Youve had no problem reaching us prior to December but now all of sudden you can get ahold of us via phone call? How or why is this acceptable? Why in gods name is it okay for this company to keep treating their customers whom WANT TO PAY but are having troubles paying in full at one time?? The economy is terrible. It seems like this company is trying to take all they can and leave their customers with nothing!! Smells like ***** Fargo scandal ALL OVER AGAIN!! I highly recommend seeking another mortgage company if you are with this terrible business!

    The prices continuously change and each time I get a different answer, usually saying they didn't have enough money in there budget or I have "random late fees" I do not recommend this business

    Absolutely terrible customer service! Every time we call in for advice or help, we are given little to no information. They completely ignore our request for a call back and their responses have nothing to do with what we are asking. Their system seems set up to fail you instead of helping you to succeed, there is nothing preventative should you have an emergency and will end up missing a payment. **************** is about being there and understand for you customers and helping them when things get tough. Life happens, unexpected expenses happen. In one month our furnace went out and our son was in the hospital, money was tight, we asked what we could do, could we make an extra payment the next month, or spread the missed payment out over the next two, and they said they didn't have anything in place for something like that, only for those who have missed multiple payments-by then the help is too late and damage is done!

    This company is very poor. They should not be allowed to service loans. They have violated our original loan terms and refuse to honor the terms of our original loan. Everything about them screams scam. Do not allow your home loan to process through this company. ****** with you loan officer before you sign mortage paperwork that your loan won't be serviced by them. I now have to get an attorney and filing multi complaints with WA and ID state attorney General.

    ** I had the ability to grade this company to a zero, I would have. I was pregnant, was put on bed rest by my doctor. I was starting to get behind with my mortgage payment and was on short term disability. So, I reached out to my loan consoler to see if I can work out a payment arrangement. The asked me to fill out a form requesting for temporary assistance. I even submitted medical records verifying my health condition. They gave me a run around for 3 months and I kept calling them and they said that they are reviewing my case. FOR 2 MONTHS NOTHING!!! At first, they couldn't find the paperwork and supporting documents I sent them. So, I sent new ones. Then when they found them they said that it was in review. For almost 3 months I was left hanging. In my delicate high-risk pregnancy state, I got fed up and I asked to speak to the supervisor. All of sudden the *** put me on hold and got back on the phone and stated that I was denied because my bank statement shows that I make money enough to afford the house and that if I can't afford it, I should let it go to foreclosure. NO Compassion. Anyways, I got back to work and now playing catch up due to the lies I was told by this company ***s. ** I was told ahead of time that I was denied, then I would have looked for alternatives.
