      I contacted Bully Barns through an ad on ******** for a 10x16 shed. Several people showed up at my house on 10-3-23 to see where the building would go and fill out the order sheet. Delivery was set for ****-23 and I gave them a check for ******* that has been cashed. On **** delivery was supposed to be before noon so at about **** I started trying to call and confirm if they could still deliver. I called the 2 numbers they have listed on the order sheet multiple times and left messages. Only after going to the address listed for the company and knocking on the door for 15 minutes did I finally get a text saying that he had been in a meeting and wanted to know what I was calling about. So I explained that I was supposed to have a building delivered and needed to know what was going on. He told me that his receptionist "***" had been such but was supposed to call me to let me know they were running about a half day behind. He also told me that they were nearly done with the building and that they were working on it that day. I politely told him that I had scheduled time off from work for this and I need to have a solid delivery date so that I'm not wasting my time. No response to that. Now on **** I've texted to see if he's come up with a solid delivery date, and got no response and when I tried to call I was hung up on - not sent to voice-mail- he hung up on me. At this point I'm looking for delivery of the building or a refund. If he was only a half day behind that should be able to happen this week. If I can't get delivery or a refund I will be taking legal action.

      Bully Barns has made good in delivery of building since filing complaint.  It was very hard to obtain any communication with them and I will not do business with them again.

      May 2, 2022 I purchased a shed from Bully Barns *********************** and his father at my home ***********************************************************. It was to be delivered to my land in ***************** the 12th of July 2022. I tried many times to contact **** ( *******) and no response. Went to his home on the 8th of July to talk about the delivery on the 12 of July he told me at that point it had just been to hot to have his guys work. Said the metal for the roof had been ordered and they would start on the the shed the following Monday. No communication I went back to my property to have it ready for set up. Again no correspondence. At this point am so disappointed I purchased anything form him asked for my money back. He did text me and tell me it was to late for a refund. He never delivered the shed on the said delivery date. He will not be rewarded for just keeping my money and not delivering the purchased product. Documented papers are attached.
