- Deposit Policy: We offer a 3-day grace period on all project deposits. If you choose to cancel your installation within 3 days of placing your deposit, it is fully refundable. After this 3-day window, deposits are non-refundable as custom materials will have been ordered specifically for your home.Installation & Warranty: Due to the custom nature of permanent lighting, installed products cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we stand behind our work. All installations include a workmanship guarantee, and our LED products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. If any component is defective, we will repair or replace it according to warranty terms.
