I have had health problems all my life and have been in hospitals all over the northwest. I spent six and a half days in ******************* three of them in ***. I received the best care ever. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were fantastic. I especially want to extend my heartfelt thanks to every nurse I had any interaction with.

A NP treated me terribly, belittled me, and accused me of lying about my care. I am appalled that he is allowed to behave in this manner. I would like to file a formal complaint against this individual. I believe he is a bully. A family friend had a bad experience with this same individual. Something has to be done, we are suppose to be able to trust and rely on medical professionals. A second NP on duty took over my visit and there were no issues.

Had problems scheduling appointment with ************* due to know it all bossy schedulers . PA I seen wasn't to bad. Nurse has a rude bossy bad attitude. Asked to some of my surgery pre work in ******. She said: ****** can't do what they need. My orthopedic Dr had already told me they could. Talked to later and he verified that they can. She dictated to me the procedure that we would follow. Rude and very unprofessional. I walked out. If you want to be treated bad and like a little kid do to St. Likes orthopedics in Meridian. I hear ************* is nice. Unfortunately I didn't get to see her.

I have worked for St Lukes for almost a year and left as re-hirable. However, I have been trying for 2 years to get a job, and I never even make it to the interview before they deny me. I am a veteran and have 2 medical degrees. There is no reason why I shouldn't even get an interview. It is Idaho law that there is a veterans preference, this is not being one of their rules I guess. I called HR and she said to just keep trying...... UM no thanks, after two years of applying for things every other month and not being selected for even an interview. I would not recommend anyone to apply or to even work here. Its a disgrace!!!!! BTW I would choose 0 stars but you have to at least select one

****** and ***** This is a complaint for my wife being refused proper medical care at Saint Lukes Rheumatology of ***** ***** . We have tried talking to their staff as well as the Office manager who cant seem to resolve this issue, I tried to find a patient advocate but could not locate one. My wife has been a patient under ***** Rheumatology for about 4 years. My wife has been getting regular treatments test and medication for her RA. We were notified that Doctor she has been seeing would be leaving in November 2022. My wife tried to get an appointment with another Doctor at the same clink and was told that there were none available. On Saint Lukes web site they state they are excepting new patients. That her doctor had left Saint Lukes and opened their own Practice in Maridian ID. That my wife could make appointment there. Well her office was not open, When it was she did not except our military insurance (***Care). ***** called to make another appointment at Saint Lukes clinic where the insurance is approved and being treated there, but was denied services.I contacted ***care and had the services moved to Idaho Arthritis clinic under Saint *********. *** care Ok the referral but the clinic refused to accept her as transfer. Arthritis clinic stated that wife was still Saint Lukes patient and would not take her as a transfer patient. My wife did nothing wrong but cant get the proper care because Saint **** lost doctors to their own practices. My wife needs her condition monitored as well as medication and blood work. She should not have to deal with the two major medical groups not getting along to get the care she requires. She should not be refused Medical because the type of insurance does not agree with Doctor or medical group who agreed to accept her as a patient with the insurance. My wife has not had her blood work done and will need medication soon.
