    I can't say enough about how awesome this company is. I made a call to Capital City this morning due to an issue with our heat. I wasn't able to be there when ****, the tech showed up, but my wife informed me that he was very professional, explained everything and didn't try to embellish the possible issues that it could be. He even took the time to explain to her our heating and cooling system. We had previously used Capital City a few years ago for an air conditioning issue and knew that because of the professionalism *******, the owner showed to my wife at that time, as well as them being BBB accredited and a fellow Veteran, I knew they were the one to call again. Come to find out, this time it was a thermostat issue. **** offered to replace it but also gave us the information that we would need if we decided to purchase and install one ourselves. I decided to go the route of doing it myself, but **** did let me know that if I had any questions or issues, then to please call him directly or give the company a call and they would help in any way they could. The cost of the service fee was great and the customer service was amazing. I appreciate their honesty and not feeling pressured. I definitely recommend them.
