      Good morning, I am emailing to let the better business bureau know of the social and racial profiling issues amongst myself as a customer for years at their store located *********************************************************************** no thing has been done about it But Enough is Enough!! When I Entered the store on January 29, **** and was literally cussed outby *******, and told Me that I could not talk to **** the store manager. Until ******* is the ***************** was nice to ask. They need to cross train *******. She's good at her job. And so finally **** came down from upstairs and I asked him about some milk that was on the app for $1.74 instead he brings me ******* which is a over stock clearance item and yelled " you can't get a rain check for overstock merchandise " in front of six customer, and several employees. One in particular ****** in which he thought it was Allright to walk around the store and talk about me. They both did and walked off I in return pushed my cart to the front of the store, and Said to ******. " ******, you can put these groceries back since you want to walk around the store and talk about me" I kindly let her know " you better watch your mouth God is watching You". What kind of Atmosphere for anyone to shop in a supermarket to overhear a store manager, and one of his staff talk about a customer?? And he walks away and indirectly calls me a liar in sayig " your mistaken when i let him know thst he didn't want tonhelp me anyway, and what kind of manager doesn't know his advertiisemnrt? He should carry that ad in his back pocket! Both **** and ****** and everyone else like thrm need to be fired!! I will not stop shopping that particular store. They'll ne gone, and ill still be there! Its not Allright to mistreat people, and think it is Allright, because its not! This is wrong. What needs to happen next is this store needs to close just like the one in The Arboretum area. I've taken multiple products that are expired God is at work! ***.

      Driveup and Go clerk ********* is the most miserable, unprofessional, rudest individual I have encountered in my 65 years of life.On 8/4/22 @1:15PM I arrived at the store, called to indicate I was there to pick up my online order, and after telling the clerk my parking stall number - she hung up on me. Subsequently, she arrived at my vehicle (not a word spoken)...opend my passenger door (still no dialogue)...placed the bags on my seat (yep, still stony silence)...then walked off.Now, what I expect and have experienced in a similar situation at HEB, and even Cedar Park Randall's is:1. "thank you *******, I'll be out in a moment with your groceries" or some such pleasant, professional comments.2. upon arrival at my vehicle, "*******? Are you aware of the substitutions?" or some such words befitting the occasion.********* should:1) see a priest 2) see a shrink 3) get a dog or any combination of 1-3, before Randall's allows her to be in direct contact with any member of the human race.

      Aug 25th I placed an order for delivery using their FreshPass. I was expecting delivery to happen between 7-8 pm. I got a notification that it was on its way at 7:15 with the link to track the order. The driver went to HEB on Pecan Ridge first. By 754, I got an message saying they attempted delivery but no one was home. I was downstairs the whole time. I even have a doorbell cam to record when someone uses it. Nothing. I called Randals (AMVETS) and was told that they would deliver it the next day and when would i like it. I said the earliest possible. I was told that they were going to reattempt(?) the delivery between 7 and 9. I wait in the morning for the delivery, but it never comes so I call Randalls again. Find out they aren't delivering until 7-9 pm. Ok whatever maybe he misunderstood what earliest meant. 830 pm no notification of delivery, so I call randalls again. They never processed my order. They were going to refund my order and give me a $25 credit for the inconvenience. The refund would take 5-7 business days but i could use the credit immediately. I place another order using the credit and my account is only charged for the remaining balance. The order was supposed to be delivered between 8 and 10 am(made sure this time). Notification comes saying it was delayed. Noon comes and someone rings my doorbell it was my food being delivered. great! But there is items missing, I look to the confirmation email to see what was charged and there isn't one. I call Randalls to tell them what is missing and requested the receipt to find out what left the store and what i was being charged. They can't find the receipt. But will locate it and get back to me. Every call I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told that they couldn't connect me to one because they are WFH and a supervisor would contact me. This request was made since August 26th. I called on Sept. 3th about the receipt and the refund that still hadn't been made to my account and was told to wait until the 6th for extra days. I called on the 8th just to be told that the refund never went through and that the items that were missing couldn't be refunded because they can't find the receipt. So I don't have the product or the refund of missing food and they can't do anything about it.I let them know they will never get my business again. I had previously been placing orders 1-2 times a week because of their FreshPass free delivery but I also have ******** and get free delivery with them. So no more Randalls.
