      I went to this Osco in ************, **, because I needed my prescription and they are the only 24 hour around me. Anyways I went in about 20 mins early because I wanted to look at makeup and a couple other things before I picked it up. I was looking at some cleaning supplies and I hear 'CAN I HELP YOU?) I ANSWERED NO thank you I'M GOOD JUST LOOKING. So I was than looking at some eyeshadow and all of a sudden *** THE OVER NIGHT MAN THAT WORKS THERE GOES UP THE **** I WAS IN AND AGAIN HE ASKED CAN I HELP YOU AND AGAIN I SAID NO THANK YOU, I ALSO SAID I'M WAITING FOR A PRESCRIPTION AND *** STROMED BY ME AND ACTUALLY WENT TO THE PHARMACY AND ACTUALLY ASKED THE PHARMACIST IF THERE A PRESCRIPTION THAT IS WAITING TO BE PICKUP UP. SO HE CAME DOWN THE **** I WAS AGAIN AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SAID THERE NO PRESCRIPTION WAITING FOR YOU AND I SAID "WHAT" WHO ASKED YOU TO CHECK MY PERSONAL INFORMARION AND HOW WOULD HE EVEN KNOW WHO THE **** I WAS. I WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE FOR THE 1ST TIME AT A **** LOCATION. SO I WENT TO THE PHARMACY AND THE STORE MANAGER WAS THERE TALKING WITH THE PHARMACIST AND I SAID "WHO GIVES HIM THE RIGHT TO ASK PERSONAL INFORMARION ABOUT A PRESCRIPTION WHICH IS A HIPPA VIOLATION BIG TIME. ANYWAYS I DID TALK TO THE OVER NIGHT MANAGER AND MADE A COMPLAINT AND TALK TO THE PHARMACIST AND MANAGER AND SAID HOW UNCOMFORTABLE AND RUDE "***" WAS AND NOSEY. I TOLD HIM I DID NOT NEED HIS HELP I TOLD HIM I WAS FINE. *** IN THE FURTURE MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS AND DON'T ASK SOMEONE ABOUT THERE PERSONAL INFORMARION ITS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS AT ALL!!! THERE A 24 HOUR STORE FOR THATS FOR CUSTOMES THAT NEED THOSE HOURS. I REALLY HOPE THIS IS ADDRESSED!! 4/27/2025 I WANT TO ADD "THAT THE STORE MANAGER AND PHARMACIST WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MADE ME FEEL THAT THIS WILL BE ADDRESSED ASAP. I HOPE THIS WILL BE.       On March 2, 2025, I made a purchase at Jewel-Osco 3407. After I had made the purchase, I found that my $5.00 For U coupon was not applied. This lack of applying For U coupons is a common occurrence. When such issues happen, I have to go to **************** Desk. The employee (****) wanted to argue the matter as to whether the coupon was clipped. After I showed her that the coupon was clipped, she was not apologetic, but as usual, combative as though it was coming out her pocket. She corrected the issue by giving me a return; and she provided a corrected receipt. I asked her for the return receipt. She refused to give me a return receipt. Furthermore, she lied when she told me that she had given the receipt when it was clearly in her hand. I was allowed to look at it, but I had to give it back, or else I could not see it. In order to end this situation, I asked that I be giving a duplicate. She told me that a duplicate could not be generated. On March 5, I talked to ****, Store Manager, and he stated that a duplicate could have been provided by ****.

      As I read the reviews I feel the same as ****** *. My first connection with corporate office was about narcissist employees/ customer service. We needed new scooters in the store. I got them . 2024 I live closer employees are mentally unstable. Come to work with their problems ! I've contacted district store manager. But the employee problems continue. Discombobulated young people. No punishment just talking too. So I'm reaching out to corporate.

      Jewel/Pack **************** is deplorable. More so .. the irresponsible, ignorant, Corporate Money ******** who supposedly lead the company are either incompetent, lazy, irresponsible, negligent, or probably just "Millennials"?! It appears that "most" Millennials are self centered narcissists, who don't believe they personally have any responsibility on this earth. That lying is a way of life, and how dare anyone expect absolutely anything from them??? This seems to embody the CORPORATE EXECUTIVES OF JEWEL/OSCO.Sadly, my questions to all large Corporations is ....... "HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO CONTACT YOU, BEFORE ANYONE ACTUALLY DOES ANYTHING? 3, 5, 8 ... 12?

      I purchased a 12 piece fried chicken from the deli in ******* on ****************** it was not completely done I reached out to the store and corporate I have pics of the chicken no help or compensation

      I shop at ***** osco because I live in a rural area and it is the closest (14 miles) from my home. I can't register for the 4-U discount program because I don't have a digital phone. I am 81 years old and I could really use the discounts! I called the corp. office and was told there is nothing they can do. This program should be offered to all customers, not just people with diggital phones. I will try to find another grocery store but there aren't many close to where I live. This is just another way senior citizens are discriminated aginst. To bad we can't fight back. I also have to check my receipt before I leave the store as 10% of the time I find mistakes in their favor, never mine and I have to wait at the service desk to get the over charge money back. Jewel doesn't care about customers anymore. I am tired of being taken advantage of. **************** and respect are values of the past.Discusted Senior,***********************

      Jewel offers three different prices on many items, regular price, sales price, and special 4U prices. For the later you have to "clip" the deal on your cell phone. When checking out you enter your phone number for the special pricing, you scan your goods and the computer lists the regular price. In theory, when finished the appropriate discounts are applied.In my experience over 50% of the time! the discount is not applied, or is incorrect.Again yesterday, item should have been $1.99, and I was charged $5.99 with no credit. ***** told me that I had to "clip" the deal, I showed clerk my phone with the deal clipped, and she apologized and gave me a $4 credit.This happens too often, and in order to resolve you have to go to the service desk. How many consumers are oblivious to this issue?

      Jewel-Osco needs to look into their delivery drivers and find a better way to communicate with customers. I pay for the monthly Fresh pass for delivery and this is the third time a driver has delivered my groceries and I had items missing. These drivers are stealing grocery items. When I first started getting deliveries I would get a printed receipt with everything on it. Haven't gotten one in the last 3 deliveries along with the missing product. Why am I paying for delivery service when I can't even get my groceries delivered correctly? A total waste of money. I never have this problem when ******* delivers my groceries. I'll be canceling my Fresh pass and I'll just stick to *******.

      This is why I avoid shopping at Jewel Oscos. There needs to be some sort of regulation to these Personal Shopper programs #1 If Jewels cancels your order or items your refund should be immediate, no less than 24 hrs. #2 They need to provide accurate inventory details, if the store doesn't have it, no substitutions. #3 All businesses should provide a call back options for the customer service phone line you should not have to hold on a phone for hours. In the future, I'll never use Jewels personal shopper program again, this is the price I pay for convenience, frustration!

      The online food delivery and pickup app seems to be a scam.They advertise deals in the app and then swap out the items so that you are ineligible for the deal.They don't respect the substitution requests.Lastly and most importantly, in the event of not getting an entire order and receiving another customer's order, it has taken multiple chat interactions (with the representatives' use of broken English), a few phone calls to attempt to get a refund that has not materialized after the store called me and admitted the mistake...Thank goodness for my bank that provided me with a temporary refund on the banks behalf that the bank will get back if Jewel stops trying to steal my money.After 20 questionable years of shopping at this store as a *********, I can say that I'm done with them. If I were to steal a $0.25 bag of chips, they would have me arrested; however, they get to keep my $87 and/or make me jump through hoops to get it??? This is sickening and outrageous. Will be giving my business to reputable stores that respect business laws
