Specifically, Anvil Fence Company claims: "Anvil Fence is the leader in commercial fencing in Idaho and Eastern Oregon. Nobody does more chain link fence or a privacy fence for your commercial business location and... Nobody does it better!"
Advertisements should be truthful, sincere offers to sell. Advertisers have a responsibility to have substantiation for all claims made and should be able to provide that substantiation upon request. Claims that relate to tangible qualities and performance values of a product or service can be used when the advertiser has substantiation. An example of a claim requiring substantiation would be "#1 car sales in the city".
A formal written request to substantiate these claims has been emailed and mailed to Anvil Fence Company on March 28, 2022. As of April 22, 2022, there has been no response .from Anvil Fence Company.
