I have been going to this Dentist after my life long Dentist retired and have been going to him for over 10 years. He hasnt had to do a lot to my teeth over the years, since the hygienist does most of the work but he has done his last procedure on me. I went in to replace my front two veneers as one was cracked. I was charged $2150. The first appointment I went in to have my old veneers removed and temporary veneers put on. When I left the office and got home, I was alarmed by how awful my temporaries where. I called the office that day and complained and asked if I could get in any sooner than two weeks to have my permanents put on. The gal kinda laughed and said ya ok. Nothing happened for two weeks except me staying home and canceling plans as I wasnt comfortable conversing with anyone. I went to my appointment for my permanent veneers, and the Dentist said what happened to your temporaries? And kind of chuckled. I asked him if he was joking and he asked if I was joking. He said, you dont have temporaries on, those are just your teeth, what happened? It was odd. He put in my permanent veneers and sent me in my way. Never apologized or offered any sort of explanation. Actually made me feel like I had gone and done something to my teeth. I have a picture of them from 15 minutes after I left his office. That is absurd and impossible. I called in that day to ask about compensation for the service that I was not given, and the girl said they dont do that. As I had mentioned to the Dentist while I was there, I was leaving town on vacation and would be back in a week. He of course called and left me a message the next day asking me how my appointment went. Wasnt he there? Called him back when I returned and left a voicemail, said that I was a tad disgruntled. Never heard a word from him. This whole experience was wrong on so many levels and people should consider an alternate dental provider.
