      I purchased a truck on 7/31/2024, which broke down in under 200 miles and about a week. I also purchased a service warranty for the truck. I immediately called ***** (salesman) and asked about using the service contract, and he said i had to wait at least 30 days to file a claim. When the 30 days was up, i called and filed a claim. They gave me instructions for their list of approved mechanics in my area and what steps to take next. It was an easy process. The mechanic inspected the truck and found that the engine needed replaced, to which the service contract company said was a pre-existing condition and they will not cover it. The service contract company also advised me to take the truck back to the dealer. To which i asked "if the dealer wont help or make it right, then what are my options? Should i call a lawyer?" I called the salesman and told him what was going on with the service contract, to which he said he would call the service contract company and find out what was what. A couple of days pass and i have to call him again to find out whats going on. The salesman told me that the service contract company might help if i took it to a different mechanic (The dealers mechanic) and got the cost down. The salesman also stated that my mechanic was wrong as they just put a new engine in it. After a couple more back and forths over the next week with the salesman and with no resolution in sight i gave it one more chance. The owner finally got involved told me he could prove the new engine, but neither him nor the service contract company will help because i asked the service contract company if i should call a lawyer to find out what my options and rights were. The vehicles at this dealership are falsely advertised and marketed. I asked for an inspection report and or a carfax to which the salesman said they dont provide, yet their home webpage states that they inspect the vehicles and provide an inspection report and carfax.       So I will address everything in your complaint in order. You keep changing how long it took the truck to break down. Read the print on the service contract and it clearly states like I told you in the office when you bought the truck that the warranty kicks in after 30 days. The warranty company doesn't give a list of who to take the vehicle to as told to me by the GM of the company. They can tell you where people have had work done from but it is not who they are telling you to take it to that is your choice. You did not talk calmly to the warranty company to figure out a solution you threaten them with a lawsuit and got loud and aggressive with them over the phone as per the recording that was played for me. (side not when I bought this up you told me to prove it and that they are liars). We called the company to figure it out for you but once the GM heard how you talked to the employees and how you where threatening they were no longer willing to help you with this issue. As for taking it somewhere else that was an option til your actions and words put a halt to everything. We never said we put a motor in the vehicle. It was stated that the company we bought it from told us they did and they where getting us the docs to prove it until you lost your temper on the phone with everyone involved through out this entire process. We were willing to try to help you until it was realized you threaten a lawsuit. You where given the ability to take it for an inspection and given the Experian Autocheck with the vehicle history. You are the reason no one will help you because you get irritate and make threats to everyone involved. Like our salesman kept telling you to calm down and stop yelling repeatedly while on the phone with you.

      I am rejecting this response because:No solutions are or have been offered, only excuses. I have attached some more documents after a long conversation with Autto (warranty). Martin with Autto states that i wasnt yelling or screaming at him as you can read for yourself as was the same for the other conversations with Martin regarding this issue. You will also see on another attachment that Martin help me find the info stating that the warranty commences on the first day of purchase, unlike what you stated. Martin also stated that the 30 day wait i was told by you was so i couldnt take the vehicle back to you. As far as the inspection report, i was never given one even after asking specifically for it, which i noticed several others have complained about because you advertise it, and then give an excuse for not providing it. The inspection report you advertise would have listed the motor and/or work done. As far as the threats, screaming, and yelling goes i have a slough of text messages from the beginning of the issue that clearly show i was calm, cool, and collected. I do admit getting short in the end after 2 months of excuses and getting brushed off. However, whom wouldnt get short after 2 months of nothing but excuses. Everyday that this isn't resolved is more money out of my families mouths. I would like a refund, you can have the truck back.

      Tell us why here...No, facts were being stated. I listened to the recording that was played for me and you were rude and kept making threats thats why once you brought up trying to sue people everyone backed off as our lawyers have told us to do. I have been informed from Autto and the main boss for the company that you have only spoken to Martin the one time and yes you behaved yourself during that one call but the other calls you made were not the same way. The warranty has been refunded so that is done. You were never promised an inspection report in anyway and I have cameras all over the lot that record both video and audio that back up that statement. Your text message may have started that way but did not stay that way with my salesperson and I listened in our your phone call with him before I got on the phone with you and you repeated lied about what multiple people heard you say. You even went as far as to threaten to call the cops on a salesman who was working very hard to help you but could only do so much between everyone involved. As for the refund Idaho is an as is state we were gonna try to help you til you kept threatening to sue. We were stepping up to help because Autto said after the conversation with you on the phone there was nothing they were gonna help with anymore due to how you treat people. My salesperson tried to get everything in order but it was a wait time for him to get responses from everyone. As of the end of last month you have owned the truck for 2 months having bought it 7/31/2024 so the wait time was not as long as you keep extending. At this point and time we are done with this conversation. You are not allowed on the property due to your threats. We are not refunding anything. Have a good day.

      Daily driven sold me a car with falsified documents on maintenance so when it broke down, it was not covered by the warranty because the information was incorrect.

      We do not provide any sort of Documents on vehicle maintenance. We always state that Carfax and Autocheck can be incorrect with anything they have in their reports for vehicle maintenance. The only things we can let the customers know about maintenance on the vehicle is anything the Dealership has done to the vehicle. Anything before or after us is always stated as unknown because we are unaware of anything done to the vehicle outside of our possession.

      I bought a car from this dealership, signed all the paperwork and drove it home but a few months later the dealership came and took it back with all my personal items still in the car and wouldnt let me have any of it back and kept my down payment, They tried telling me the bank wanted it back but they never actually got me approved, I called the bank and they had no information on me or the car.

      This is from a lack of communication. We tried to reach you multiple times to get the paperwork that was needed signed and finished. The banks don't give your information to everyone working there it is held in the loan officers CRM until the loan is finalized and then you can call into the banks for info on your loan. That is why they have to transfer you to different departments. If you would have answered our calls or responded to us you would have been better informed on what was going on and together we could've finished up the deal.

      you guys got us illegally approved for the car and when you couldnt actually get us approved through a bank you ran our credit a bunch trying to cover your mistake and when you couldnt do that you came and took the car back hoping it would fix everything but you didnt give us our payment back and you kept everything I had in the car, even my babies car seat and when I tried asking for all that back you ignored us, so this message doesnt fix anything and we will be going to small claims court

      I purchased a 2010 Dodge Challenger from Daily Driven Motors on July 26th 2022. as of October 17th 2022 they still have not sent the ****** to me, the *** or my bank I got the loan with. The *** also said the car still has an active lien from 208 ****** Loans. i tried contacting Daily Driven Sept 2th and they told me they would have an update by sept 15th but they never responded and have ignored my attempts to contact. The car also had mechanical issues that were not disclosed at purchase but i am more concerned about getting the ******
