    They didn't deliver my cookies, I ordered through their app, and they wanted me to figure it out with door dash. I did not order through door dash, they did. Long story short, they were very rude, got hung on and have not heard back from anyone yet. Horrible horrible experience. Would not recommend the Centerville location!

    Crumbl *******, they hire high school kids and then do not support their school activities. They keep scheduling the kids when they have been told they have required school functions and then tell them it is their responsibility to cover the shift, and when they are not able to cover the shift they give them a strike. Not a healthy environment for kids.

    Watch out, many locations charge a "service fee" that appears to be intentionally hidden in the tax line of the digital receipt (you have click a faded out question mark next to the tax line to see the charges). When I contacted corporate regarding this fee, they said it was a credit card charge, but it appears that customers are charged this extra fee regardless of mode of payment. I was a loyal customer until I discovered these fees.
