    Company has significantly overcharged, and charged for things that they did not do, in additon to providing misleading information. Final estimate that was sent to insurance company has never been approved therefore i've been paying everything provided to me by the ***************** in addition to ****** of my own money. This debt is now collecting 21 percent interest and have been advised that they will be putting a lean on my home. Original balance due of ******** to place less than 400 square feet. Even the final sent to the insurance was different than the one sent to me. I have all emails sent and received, some statements made to me in person proving that they were fradulent.

    First of all, I would like to start off by apologizing that you felt the need to go to the Better Business Bureau to resolve this issue. 

    I feel like there has been a misunderstanding with the estimate that was sent to the insurance company and the actual bill you received. I'm not sure what work you're saying you were billed for that was not completed, but if you're referring to the estimate that was sent to the insurance company, there were some items in there that we made sure you got credit for and would have needed to have been done if you wouldn't have done your upgrades. (different flooring) We would have had to remove the sheet goods to install new sheet goods.

     The estimate that was sent to the insurance company reflected what you were entitled to. We were actually able to save you money by going over the top of it with the new flooring and so in your final invoice, you were not billed for any work not performed. There is only one estimate, there was one for the insurance company for what we felt like they owed you and an invoice that reflected the actual work completed, which included your upgrades.

    Sometimes they follow our recommendations and sometimes they write their own estimates. We would never intentionally bill for any work not completed. As far as the lien and the 21% interest, that is discussed in our contract upon signing. We have been taking payments from you and working with you on this matter, I'm not sure what else we can do to get this situation resolved. If there is anything else we are missing in this matter, please contact our office.
