While the service is good by the doctors, their billing department is very lacking and clueless. We have been to their location many times and had billing issues before, but the latest issue is ridiculous. We went for service on 7/23/20 and weekly for 11 months we have gotten automated calls stating we owed a payment and to press 1 to speak to agent. The hold was a minimum of 30 minutes and if you press to have them actually have a person call, they never did. I then called in 6 different times asking how much I owed and gave all my information. Each time, I was told that my account was current and that I didn't owe anything. Then after 11 months, I get a bill that stated I was 91+ days past due and being sent to collections. I call in and explain and person didn't care. I ask for a supervisor and I'm told they will call you.....no call for 2 weeks. I then get message to call and I do so....while I wait on hold for 25 minutes despite it saying that my wait would be less than 30 minutes. Then I ask why so long to call and if I was speaking to a supervisor. They stuttered and then stated yes, and I said sure. I ask to speak to a supervisor and I get put on indefinite hold....was on for 20 minutes before I hung up. Jim
