            Have been trying to obtain my funds and remove them and continue to get a run around. They stated I didn't sign the forms or date the forms and I state I did because I had the forms in front me, FILED Oct. 4, 2023. Then they stated the signatures did not match their files and I challenged them again. Then I received a call back from a complaint I made 20 days ago and they stated they could not do the direct deposit that it had to be a check, even though the representative acknowledged the entire handling of my claim has been completed incorrectly and I should have received my funds already. I'm still fighting to obtain my funds back, if I ever will see them again! NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND NEVER WOULD I INVEST WITH THEM AGAIN! RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

            Valued Client,

            Your request was received on October 4, 2023.  There were still surrender penalties associated with your request for early cancellation of your policy.  Therefore, EquiTrust mailed a letter to you to confirm you were aware of these charges.  On October 31st, we received confirmation from you to proceed, we processed your full surrender on November 2nd and sent the funds directly to your bank account.   We are sorry we are no longer able to service your retirement account.
