    I bought an entire central air / furnace from Loziers and I wanted a Lennox unit as I feel they are the best. within 2 to 3 years I began having problems with it. They came out several times to fix it and because it was an intermittent issue, they would leave stating it was fixed. This went on for about a year and half. One technician after another one. Each claiming they fixed the problem. One tech replaced the air filter with my own air filter, said that fixed it and walked out. They came in through *****, winter time, summer time, many times they said they would be there and didn't show up. They called in the area lead technician who began claiming it was the local electric company fault/ ******************. I had to eventually call ******, and they got involved because Loziers began charging me for parts to fix the problem ( Even though it was under warranty, even though these parts never ever fixed the problem ) When I asked them why they were charging me, they said they WILL NOT make any repairs if I don't pay for it, In the middle of winter, so, I paid them and of course it never fixed the problem.Long story short. ****** told me they would give me my complete money back. ******; you guys rock! thank you. Loziers on the other hand told me the charges for all the stuff they put in that didn't fix anything was because I didn't pay for their maintenance program. I told them, why would I give you more money for a maintenance program for something that wasn't working. I gladly went with someone else and have had no problems at all!****** is great!But, Loziers and the owner **** is a big *****. be aware!

    For several years we have participated in Lozier's customer loyalty program. Whenever we need to have something checked they get ** taken care of, usually within a few hours. The techs get the issue resolved and are friendly and courteous. It's very reassuring that we consistently get quality service.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Lenox heat pumps and the company that installed it, Lozier. One of my two heat pumps has been a constant issue since the day it was installed and required multiple service calls in its first year of ownership.

    Recently, I had another issue with that heat pump and called for service. The technician came and spent only 25 minutes at my home, but I was charged $134.52. The technician couldn't diagnose the problem, so I had to call again a week later. This time, the same technician returned for another 30-minute visit and charged me $443.03.

    When I called to see if the problem would be covered under warranty, I was told that it wouldn't be because the leak was in a pipe that had cracked open and there was no failed component. I knew the labor wasn't covered, but what they quoted me was outrageous. The repair was quoted at $1559.80.

    I am also extremely frustrated with the cost of freon, which I believe is being price gouged. I found 25lb of R410 freon on eBay for $525, but the quote I received from the company had a markup of 500% from that price. This is unacceptable and I can't believe they would be buying it at a higher price than what I found.

    In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed with the cost of service and my overall experience with Lenox heat pumps and Lozier. I feel like I am being taken advantage of and would not recommend them to anyone.
