      Contracted to replace a window, including cost of the window and labor ($1425 total) in September of 2022. He required payment up front. Payment was made, and we were informed the window would take a while to come in. When we inquired later, we did not hear back from him. His phone number goes to a "full" voicemail box, and he doesn't answer his phone, and he has had a "new phone" type of excuse for why he does not answer. We asked for a refund on February 24 via email, and he said that his employee would be out to replace the window. That employee never came, and that was the only time we heard back from ****. We have attempted to follow up with him via email a dozen times since then to receive a refund for the payment and have heard no answer (I have attached one example, including the February 24 correspondence in the thread).
