    I am a paying monthly member at the Scissors & Scotch location in **********, **. On 26th of June 2025, I arrived for my complimentary upkeep servicepart of my membershipbut was 8 minutes late. Staff refused service and still charged me $28.I contacted the location multiple times via phone, text, and email. No one responded. I also reached out to their main office and asked for a manageragain, no reply. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable.They charged me for a service that was both complimentary and never rendered. No written policy has been shown to justify this charge. After these unprofessional and unacceptable actions, I have cancelled my membership.

    I had no problems with the service my problem was with the subscription. I left them 2 years ago after cancelling my subscription. Only the realize they had still been charging me $33/mo for the 2 years. When i talked to the people in charge at the headquarters i explained i take partial credit for not ensuring it was cancelled but also reiterated that i was firm and clear when i said i wanted to cancel. Their system also shows i had not been there in 2 years. Over that time they took $700+ from me. When i said that i would take half the blame they said the best they could do is $180. I am out $520 for services not rendered! there is no way to keep them accountable since you have to trust they cancel you subscription when you ask. All i wanted was them to make it right. I wouldve settled for $500. I wouldnt recommend. Its very shady tactics. There is no paper work or anything. So there is no way for them to be held responsible. The company is run the wrong way.
