              Last year I asked them to drain pipes and be sure the boiler had antifreeze (winterization) and to turn off water as the tenants had moved out. When winter came, my heater and boiler failed (I had paid young about $2500 to rebuild the boiler previously), and a large pipe froze and seperated causing a flood inside and a $750 water bill and a $20,000+ drydown bill from ServPro.. Young said they replaced my water heater after I called to fix (solder back a big copper pipe connection) an interior water main seperation. Due to freezing pressure the solder failed. They did not perform that work, but replaced water heater (I have to take their word for it as the water heater looks like the old one). Young sent a bill for around $5,000 but all they did was remove my heating pipes from the wall (without asking nor getting auth from insurance or myself) when servpro asked them to remove radiators (they did that) so servpro could dry the wall with less cutting of the drywall.
