    I am rejecting this response because: Their is incorrect. No one used harsh or bad words on that call as we know that gets you nowhere. They did NOT offer us any help even to try to fix the car and instead told us: If they did that for all sales that they would be broke and we have three witnesses since this call was on speaker phone. 

    Like I said we had tried numerous calls and they went directly to voicemail and we never got a call back. We are out almost $4,200 because of this and I would like that to be reimbursed. I don't know about Car Fax, but the respected dealership here in *******, *******, ran off Fix Finder Report, which I sent last time, and they gave us the copy. We never got a copy of Car Fax from CV.

    e us $5,000 for the car which is a $2,500 loss. He did an Auto Check and found out that they DID NOT tell us that they bought this vehicle at an Auction and that it had been involved in an accident and that it had a BENT FRAME - This was not disclosed to us at the time of sale because we never would have bought this car. I know this car is as is, However, they are also legally supposed to tell us of known issues and as a dealership they should have disclosed it. We have tried to contact them but it seems that we are blocked & they do not answer their phones.

    ************ came to Purchase 2007 ********** GTI, they had every right to test the vehicle for as long as they would like to, as they did. They have every right to take the vehicle to the shop of their choice to inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. They drove the car, I personally told them they are buying a USED VEHICLE 2007 with ****** miles, please look it over, drive it, and get it inspected if you choose to do so. As USED CAR DEALERSHIP, we put all the cars into the shop and inspect all the vehicles and put them on the lot for sale, as i said before we sell used cars not new cars.  They have test driven the vehicle and understand the " THE **** IS AS IS AND IS FINAL, NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS APPLIED"

    I have spoken to the customer 3 times over the phone, it's a lie that we did not answer our phone calls, they are recorded calls, aslo customer was very rude every time we spoke, we did not even get a chance to help them properly, they have used very rude language, many of their family members including the customer did leave reviews bad reviews before even letting us trying to help them in any way possible. Also it is a lie as customer stated that we purchased the vehicle from the Auction, we did not, this was local trade in, we also have CarFax on every car we sell as we do on this one and they were provided one, i have copy in my files. Thank you very much.

    As i stated before, we do provide copy of the CarFax to all the customers and they did get one, I have 5 people in this office that can confirm the way they did talk to us, ******** called back twice, we help all our customers regardless the problem if they buy the car from us, we are a small business and we go out of our way to help our customers, we have towed the cars out of state to help our customers, but what they did and how they approached this whole situation was wrong very wrong, and we did not even get a chance to help them in any way, they just had demands and demands out of this world, if this car was what they are saying ******* wound have not bought this car from them.
