    ZERO stars if I could!!! Not surprised with all the same reviews I've read below. Held my money hostage for 7 months. Submitted a form to close my account and transfer to a new provider in October of 2022. They kept losing my form, customer reps were rude, manager customer service reps acted like they were God and kept refusing to assist. 7 months they charged me a fee and I didn't have access to my money and they didn't close/transfer the account. Requested that to be reimbursed and they said no, fees are for "handling" (more like holding hostage) my money for months without access. They finally closed it after multiple phone calls and it's been a month without money in the Mercer account or my new account and no documentation proving where/when they sent it. Now they want me to "be patient" while it transfers! Don't go near this provider for HSA management.
