      This company is so terrible.This company cancelled my benefits sent a horrible letter and won't answer a call, won't tell me where to make a payment. I never saw something I considered a bill. They gave an address to send a check but not who to make the check out to or what number to assign this account.There is not info on the role of Mercer, Viabenefits or United Healthcare, I cannot get help and they keep passing me to other people who are knowledgable in order to waste my time.Absolutely terrible company, ****

      These bastards wrote an extra auto policy on top of the one I just got through them without my knowledge of it. The policy covered my old truck that had been broken down for a couple months before the bogus policy went into effect in April. I make nearly $30.00 an hour and I get a paycheck about 4 weeks ago on June16 that couldn’t feed a family of starving nationalists but thank God for the overtime. I call to find out why Mercer took $1,100.00 out of my paycheck and they inform me of this mystery policy so I tell them to cancel the policy immediately and send a refund. Two weeks later my paycheck is a third of what that one was due to limited OT. Man when I say WW3 and madness to no end it was all out assault on the Mercer call center!! It’s July 12 and still no damn refund and my car payment is due today and my daughters 16 year old birthday is tomorrow and I can’t afford to do squat!

      My complaint is that we pour thousands of dollars into their Group Universal Life insurance policies over DECADES ! But then if you are fortunate to live into your 70’s they increase the policy premiums so insanely high that most retirees can’t possibly afford them anymore . This is heart wrenching and just plain unfair and DISCRIMINATE against senior citizens. We count on that insurance money to maybe support a surviving spouse or help our children and/or grandchildren when we are gone . There needs to be laws to protect private citizens and stop these huge insurance companies from getting away with this ! Please help us. Thank you. Linda V

      This is the worst health benefits service that I have ever used in 35 years !!!!! Their website is HORRIBLE and I need to change my password almost every single time I need to log in. Not only that but the "forgot password" NEVER works and I need to call, put in a ticket, wait up to a week for help, and then it works for a day. I hate the plans that they offer, they are a total sham. I wish I could give lower than 1 star

      This company is a terrible benefits administrator. They should be sued through a class action under ERISA for their illegal activities. They do everything they can to hang onto FSA funds for as long as possible, for bogus reasons that have plausible deniability as mere errors if they are caught. They deny a portion of claims but reimburse the majority, doubtless in the hope that people won’t notice or won’t bother following up on the smaller portion. The company is unethical, their employees are ill-trained, and their website is so buggy and difficult to access that it too dissuades people from obtaining the reimbursements they are entitled to.

      One of the worst HSA management company. Service representative are rude and uneducated in their line of work. If you have them thru your company, good luck to you. If for some reason your company drops them while you are in retirement, find a new HSA. If I could give no stars or -ve stars (red) they would have earned those.

      I wish you have a 0 star rating for Mercer Marketplace 365+ that is listed under Mercer umbrella. I received their contact from Insperity who is my HR provider when I was looking to sign up for COBRA and needed rates for affordable care act. I thought I will get an output on my laptop or via email but in a few seconds of completing this form, I started getting calls from strangers who were relentless and kept calling from so many different numbers and when I asked about their company, they gave a name premier and others gave a generic name. this is is where I got suspicious. No my private information is out there with some strangers who kept calling me. I am now individually blocking them.

      This is a socially, morally, and ethically bankrupt company. I tried to file a life insurance claim, which should be as simple as can be, and encountered even worse than a run-around. They are part of an apparent scam to steal identities, or at least credit card numbers. If you call them and are told you have been selected to receive a $100 ******* gift card, within Mercer's phone system(!), be aware they will want more personal information and will lead you along until they ask for a credit card number to pay for "handling". A majority of my calls met with this "award". If you choose to not "learn more" or ask the representative to transfer you to the claims department, your call will be disconnected.A handful of times I called and got through to a Mercer representative, I have been told claim forms would be sent, but 6 weeks later nothing has arrived. I told their representatives about the gift card scam, one admitted that she had heard about before, but nothing was done about that either.It is bad enough to block a legitimate insurance claim, and so much worse to try to rip off claimants besides.
