    They had a special running on an Instagram ad I had seen for $198 for complete detailed service inside and out. On their ad they show video of them shampooing/cleaning the seats and the carpet. I had paid a $25 deposit so I confirmed with the person I was speaking with that the total due would be $174 after the service was completed. After the service was completed I went out and looked at my car and noticed the seats had not been cleaned and the guy informed me that they weren't allowed to get the seats wet because they could damage them or something to that effect. It was some ridiculous excuse I thought. But I said whatever. I live in an apartment and the guy was not able to hook up to a water source in order to clean the outside of my car and I told him not to worry about it then I would wash the car myself. So he said he would not charge me for the wash. So after he rang up the total amount he said it was going to be $200 and change. At the time I didn't think much of it but realized he was not charging me the correct amount. I also gave him a $50 tip which I should've never done because he didn't even properly clean everything. The compartments on the side of the doors are still dirty. I mean overall the car did look better on the inside but for $200 I could have easily done that for a lot less. It definitely was not worth 200. So I contacted the guy I had been speaking with in regards to all of this and he said he would get back to me and has never got back to me since. He is basically ignored all of my messages. So I do not recommend this company at all. They just take your money and run and we ignore any issues you might have afterwards. And they do not shampoo the seeds or the carpet like they show in the videos so I feel like this is false advertising. I do not recommend this company at all
