5 starsLiving in a Post-Covid world, we all encounter poor customer service that is actually quite shocking!In today's business climate, it is important to champion those businesses that are super amazing, doing a stellar job with both product and support.PCMatic is a company to cheer about! Just got off a support session where **** remoted into my computer and did a lot of work to fix my compute, all included in my low yearly fee for Virus protection. I watched him work - it was like watching someone repair the space shuttle.I have been a customer of this company for over seven years and they have always been excellent, always standing out above others, even before Covid. I don't know why anyone would be a customer of any other antivirus software company. Even the upgraded business product and service is the same price than the other companies.

1 starYou must be a techie to download. When I had problems all I got was recorded messages.Customer Support is nonexistent. It seems the support system is constantly down for technical maintenance.Not once did a real human being respond.Review fromJoe C

5 starsI didn't realize how many problems I had or how to fix them until I got PC Matic. I ran the scan and saw things that were new to me so contacted support and they gave me suggestions how to address my issues. Completed them and now have a system that is the best in years. **************** and support second to none.PC Matic, Inc.

5 starsI have had a lifetime subscription to PC Matic for several years and feel it is the best money I have ever spent on any support. The few issues I have had (and I do mean few) have been resolved professionally, accurately, and quickly. Their staff always is polite and knowledgeable. They respect that their customers are not computer experts (or the customers would not need them) and may need some explanation of instructions when their software does not give the expected results.
