    "We hired Stoneking Enterprises in 2019 after a total loss house fire to demolish the remains of the old house, remove a tree, and build a new house. I cant post a normal review because the complete honest story is 10K characters longer than allowed, so here is a quick summary of the worst:-Violated contract price and terms -Didnt adhere to build schedule -DIdnt adhere to materials selections -Swapped to cheaper subcontractors without consent or notifying the county to update the building permit -Delayed documents necessary to get construction loan -Ignored construction loan deadline and extensions -Took 2 years to complete a house when industry standard for this area during the same time frame was about half that long." ...
