False description of goods. Vehicle sold was described as a driver quality vehicle that you could cruise on the weekends and is not drivable or functional. Vehicle has structural damage not disclosed and excluded from the third party inspection the dealer provided. Vehicle has holes in the firewall, floor board and chassis. One of the two doors is not functional and the vehicle is profusely leaking oil, engine coolant and gear oil and unsafe to operate. I purchased a classic vehicle that was described as running and driving with no safety/structural issues disclosed. I never set foot at the dealership and was only aware of the issues once it was delivered. I was confident in the purchase and took the dealer for their word, mainly because of the third party inspection provided by the dealer. This inspection was as inaccurate in their description as the selling dealer and I feel taken advantage of. I have made several attempts to make this right with dealer and they refuse to accept any wrong doing. The owner refuses to contact me and text messages from the salesperson is the only contact I receive.
