I took my car in to this business to get fixed because it was taking longer or sometimes not turning over to start. Then once it did start, if I accelerate, it will die. Then when I try to start it up again, it will start up just fine and not die when I accelerate. I informed this business the first time, and the second time. The first time, they insisted that it needed new spark plugs and coils. They gave me a quote of roughly $600, then when I went to pay for it, it was $750. I got my car and later that night THE SAME EXACT ISSUE was still happening. I called every couple days to get an appointment but had to keep cancelling due to the fact that i didn't have the money at the time and was afraid it wouldn't even make it, along with the fact that I had to work and had to suffer through the issues with the car. Took it in again, they quoted me $1150 roughly including the O2 sensors and then they said later it was $1300 with the O2 sensors. They assured me this would fix it. Paid and picked it up from the shop but it is still having the same issue. I called the day after and asked if they will fix it correctly and not charge me, and they stated that the mechanic told me it wasn't fully fixed (which i knew) but he did say that it wouldn't have the issue of not starting and stalling during acceleration. Then they said they could get me in november 16th; that is too long, especially since it should have been fixed the first time. I either need my car fixed THE RIGHT WAY! without having to pay for it yet again from this business (to give them a chance to rectify this poor service) and sooner than november 16th or the total amount (*******) of this refunded back to me because it seems like they are trying to make me pay for things I DON'T NEED!!! If this were to cause further issues, I would be screwed if I was driving on the interstate.

This truck came in with many issues looked as if no maintain was ever done to truck. It was having trouble starting & accelerating cold this only happened for few seconds then truck ran fine whole day. ***** had to sit for over 6 hours before problem came back. The bad miss fire it had was 2 coils & spark plugs it also had the pipe rusted away a manifold. He explained that didn't have much money. So told him that with bad miss gone that hopefully take care of all problems. Well he called back next day & said was doing same thing & yes was still starting hard & hesitating but the bad miss was gone. we made 3 different appointments that he never showed up for or called. When came back in my ******* looked at truck & did fuel pressure fuel pump leak down test. Found that on start up oxygen sensor read zero so computer though was lean this was do to the massive leak at exhaust pipe at manifold that was rust away. Soon as oxygen sensor read above **** millivolts truck would take & run fine. We even called our tech support line & he told us you have to first fix the big exhaust leak because oxygen sensor is reading unmetered air in exhaust. Oxygen sensor has to read above & below **** millivolts many times a second where the voltage is at tells computer where fuel trim is at & how much fuel to give it. So he agreed to has us install the y-pipe with catalytic convertors. We had to order parts it took the dealer a day longer than expected to get the bolts needed that where rusted away. We got done truck ran fine but we told him it has only been able to sit for 3 hour. Would like it to set over night because if don't sit for least 6 hours it will start up fine. He said no I need the truck get to work.

The customer knows nothing about cars. We tried to tell him you have to fix the obvious problems with the truck that are wrong that will affect the way its running. All these problem we fixed our problems that can cause his drivability problem. The truck still has exhaust from catalytic convertor that his shot & needs replaced.  I understand his frustration because he knows nothing about cars & how they operate. Truthfully I have no need or intention of putting things on customer cars that don't need it. I have lot full off vehicles that need worked on I don't need to deceive anyone to get work. We are always booked for week to week & half out because we have good name. Thing that where done needed done & obviously there is something else wrong. Some problems are hard to fix & go in steps of repair.

We haven't been in business for 34 years because we didn't treat customers right. Especially I'm not going to cheat my own neph-ew
